CNC Plasma Cutting Service

We offer small, medium, and large-scale computer controlled Plasma Cutting service. We are one of the most capable and affordable sources and we can get your metal fabrication project done right.

We use a state-of-the-art machine and diligently follow all design specifications. We strive to improve and optimize our processes and maximize customer convenience. Our customers range from inventors to businesses to home decorators. We are focused on quality and customer service.

How plasma cutting works

Plasma Cutting works by having an inert gas blown at high speed. An electrical arc is simultaneously created through and around the gas being blown, forming plasma. This plasma is hot enough to cut metal very quickly and precisely.

Advantages

Plasma cutting offers low cost since no custom tooling is needed. The process is especially cost effective for thick metal sheets. Plasma cutting is generally used to cut 2D shapes not requiring high precision or fine detail.

Applications

Example applications include: metal brackets, motorcycle & auto parts, parts for heavy machinery, aircraft components, signs, panels, material handling equipment, decor, etc.

Materials

Plasma cutting is mostly commonly applied to stainless steel, carbon steel and spring steel.

Pricing

We will be happy to price out your specific project to offer a quote that is within your budget and our ability to complete the job without a loss. We understand larger shops won’t take on smaller projects—we say bring ’em on! We want to keep our CNC Plasma machine running as often as we can.
